I was referred to Dr. Charles Difranco by my primary dentist for surgery and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with very nice staff and the dentist was so exceptional he did such a good job so far by explaining to me the process that I will be going through very comfortable atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. * Update* On Feb 10th I had my first treatment and from the moment I walked in at 0845 being greeted by the staff to the chair was perfect. I usually feel every needle and shot and I actually asked if my Anesthesiologist had started giving me the Novocain since I did not feel a thing. The removal of 5 teeth which were infected and bad shape went by very good. Dr Chuck is awesome, everyone there is. It is now 6:09pm and the Novocain is still lingering not bad but I yet have pain to feel and this is after bone grafting, teeth removal, infection cleanup. I have another appointment in about 2 weeks and will update here. So Far so Good.
**Update** March 6th had my top teeth removed all 6/7 on a very infected Bridge work done over 20 years ago with another provider. I have to tell you I did not feel a thing, I could not believe how very well skilled the team is at Difranco and Dr Chuck is an amazing Doctor/Dentist. The whole stay is so nice know you by first name when you walk in. I recommend everyone come by Dr Chuck for all your Dental needs. You will not be sorry this truly is a pain-free experience for removing teeth. Now the implants I will let you know in June lol

Absolutely amazing experience! I had to get gum grafting done and everything was handled in a way to make sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Josie and her team explained everything clearly with such professionalism and care, she even personally checked on me post procedure. Highly recommend!

Dr Chuck DiFranco is very professional and caring. I’ve had some extensive work done by him and the first time due to the circumstances and issue I was scared. Dr Chuck put me at ease and I did not feel anything the entire time. I was amazed at how “painless” the procedure was .. they even checked on me the next day! Needless to say my next few procedures also went off without any issues and I’ve been back for periodic checks and cleanings. Bridget and Rosetta do a wonderful job. From the moment you walk in through to the moment you leave there is never a doubt you are in great hands. Office staff (Shannon & Lauren) are excellent with appointments, calling if there is a cancellation to move you up and dealing with the insurance.
Appointments are well scheduled, on time, and the waiting room is beautiful, welcoming and cozy with a great selection of reading material.
Very happy with the excellent experiences with DiFranco Dental Specialists.
